Well, the problem is that this would legally allow the bad guys to carry. By constricting permits to the good guys then the bad guys can be prosecuted when found. In Texas, after the concealed carry permit (for good guys only) was passed, crime dropped 25% the first year as the bad guys moved to other states where they could carry and their victims could NOT carry.

I resist even the "outside exposed carry" law without a permit. That, also, would allow the bad guys to carry legally. I don't really understand the not carrying outside, especially during hunting season when I carry continually. On the ranch I HAVE to carry outside because getting to a concealed handgun quickly is a problem when you are confronted with a cougar (mountain lion) or rattlesnake. Usually, if you just stop and wait, they will walk (or crawl) away. But if they don't, ANY sudden movement will make them attack. I want my sidearm on my hip where I can draw and fire while the animal (or snake) is still in mid-air. But, I'm on my land and the law can't tell me not to carry there. It's only when I'm on open range that they get a bit upset. Most of them are neighbors so they don't harass me - just strangers who shouldn't be there in the first place.

Come to the annual Sweetwater Rattlesnake Roundup in March of April of each year. Check out http://www.rattlesnakeroundup.net/main/modules/page/ for more details.

Hello!

The Mashiakh is not allowed to change what is okay to do on a Shabat or not to do on a Shabat. The mitzwah about Shabat is that one shouldn’t do melakhah. In accordance with Yeshayahu 58, one should on Shabat do that which is qodesh (definition found in the above website in glossaries), and not that which is khol (ordinary, secular, profance). One is not allowed to do ordinary things as cooking, cleaning, and occupational work/studies (even the work that isn’t ones profession).

It is clear from The Netzarim Reconstruction of Hebrew Matityahu (NHM) 5:17-19 (his teachings are found here Netzarim that Ribi Yehoshua ha-Mashiakh taught that the Torah will for ever be valid. This includes the mitzwot about what is kosher to eat and what is written about Shabat in Torah.

All the best, Anders Branderud

No, he is not punch-drunk. he is giddy at the thought of social change. It is no secret academics and those involved with community organization want to create social equality not by raising everyone higher, but by bringing down the wealthy. For many of them, they have a chip on their shoulder. They view wealth as evil–and this includes anyone making comfortable in the eyes of the poorest. They think by bringing down the rich, they will even the playing field so all can get ahead. The problem is, the top 3% of wealth earners shoulder 90% of the taxes (depending on the state/city) so by destroying them you destroy the economy. At that point everyone is equal and must rely upon the government. It’s one way to bring about social equality and change. While everyone will be provided for (minimal), freedom to choose is gone and the freedom to learn from the consequences of your mistakes to make your self better is also removed. For this reason socialism never produces great nations because the fact is pain and discomfort is really weakness leaving the body or society.

Or, Yes, if punch drunk means you have been hit more than you can rationally take so you laugh as your last-resort defense mechanism. This is a man that is in over his head. Remember, Obama has never run a business, has no prior executive experience, spent most of his life in academia and then as a community organizer where the prevailing philosophy is business has destroyed the life of those in poverty. In short he is in over his head, he is the quintessential political virgin, the 46 year-old political virgin

Obama is never tired when entertaining his "most favored friends" like Stevie Wonder, Oprah winfrey, and his Ugandan friends. He is never tired when he appears on Jay Leno show or when he goes to see his Hollywood friends. He is never tired when he wants to speak and be friendly with Iran or his other Muslim friends.

You could see where his priorities are. His actions speak for himself.

But you're right, people are falling over themselves to worship him.

They DID get the wrong man in the office!...

The gift between heads of states are normally considered a gift to the nation. Therefore, Obama has not insulted the PM with his 25 DVD's, but 65m people. On the plus side, we know only too well that when you elect a leader, it is to lead and govern the country, but they can never, nor should they ever claim to "speak for the people". I think Obama is punch-drunk from the esteem in which he is being held, with people falling overthemselves to get an 'audience' with him...but, it is because he promised change, a new era...not because he has delivered anything tangible. He needs to get a grip, the people of America have bought into hope, they have trusted him, now he must deliver. Talk is cheap, it is action that counts.
